ATLANTIC

Atlantic is a determinate variety, is mid-season in maturity and has a medium to large vine. Due to its high yield and high specific gravity, measures dry matter content mostly starch, it is the major chip potato variety in North America.
Daisy

DAISY

Daisy is a potato variety suitable for the production of French Fries. Daisy is a high yielding variety with a high proportion of tubers exceeding Ø50 mm. The variety thrives under a wide range of climatic conditions and shows a very stable and regular yield.
Innovator

INNOVATOR

This tasty russet skin cultivar with medium maturity is the first russet skin cultivar from HZPC. While already popular in
Europe is gaining popularity in North America as a premium baking and frying potato. Innovator has a high resistance
to hollow heart and over time has consistently shown minimal problems with other internal quality defects.
Utilization: Excellent for boiling, baking, and french frying.
Sagitta

SAGITTA

Sagitta is an early maincrop potato variety for the general purpose market. In trials the variety demonstrated resistance to dry rots (F. sulphureum and F. coerulem), mop top (spraing), PCN Ro1, silver scurf and splitting. The variety had susceptibility to foliage and tuber late blight and PCN Pa2/3.
