Absorbent Drying Roller
Absorbent Drying Rollers remove excess moisture from the surface of fresh produce, reducing the risk of bacterial growth. The roller's porous surface draws in moisture as produce travels along the bed.
Large Potato Line – Throughput and storage
With this example of a large Potato Packing Line with a capacity of 90-ton/hour, Wyma illustrates the scale and complexity required to process and handle large volumes of potatoes or comparable root vegetables.
Small line to pack potatoes
In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.
Medium Potato Line
Medium Potato line is a 25-ton line which has two receiving options. Produce may be received directly from a field harvest truck or via storage bins using an Electric Bin Tipper.
Mega-Tip Rotary Bin Tipper

Mini-Wet Hopper

Wet Hopper
La Tolva de Remojo de Wyma permite que las hortalizas se viertan con rapidez en un tanque lleno de agua sin temor a daños. Las hortalizas entrantes pueden estar sucias, limpias o semilimpias.
Clean Wet Hopper
La tolva limpia y húmeda de Wyma recibe y almacena los productos en agua antes del envasado, lo que elimina la necesidad de cajas / contenedores. Los canales o transportadores transportan suavemente los productos al búnker.
