België: Meer dan helft aardappelproductie nog op voorraad

De totale Belgische voorraad aardappelen werd begin februari geschat op 1,90 miljoen ton. Dit betekent dat nog iets meer dan de helft (52%) van de totale productie bewaaraardappelen (oogst 2011) nog in stock ligt.
Deze voorraad ligt bijna 400.000 ton hoger dan vorig jaar en 500.000 ton hoger dan het gemiddelde van de voorbije 5 jaar.
