Na jarenlang een familiebedrijf te zijn geweest, is D.T. Dijkstra BV eind vorig jaar overgenomen door de investeringsmaatschappij Agrimach. De eigenaren waren Robert Ponte en Maartje Dijkstra.
Zij vormen nu het managementteam van Dijkstra en dit is na de overname nog eens versterkt met commercieel directeur Jurrien Overheul. Dijkstra heeft een jaarlijkse omzet die schommelt tussen de 4 en 5 miljoen euro. Hiervan komt 60 tot 70 procent voor rekening van machine-export.
Overheul, die voorheen bij Backus Sormac, Hak &Partners en BMA werkzaam was heeft zijn sporen verdiend in de mechanisatie van de aardappelverwerking.
Overheul geeft aan dat hij de positie van Dijkstra internationaal verder wil versterken. Ter versterking van het verkoopteam is Jan Evert de Jong, voorheen ook werkzaam bij Dijkstra als vertegenwoordiger voor de thuismarkt teruggehaald.
