The FEX 200 Fryer is a continuous frying system designed for efficient and uniform frying. It consists of a trough filled with frying oil and a wire metal belt conveyor that transports the product from one end to the other.
Key Features & Functionality:
1. Efficient Oil Circulation:
- A centrifugal pump circulates the oil, ensuring even heat distribution.
- As the oil cools slightly, it is sucked in by the pump and re-injected into the fryer. It passes through an external heat exchanger to recover its temperature before re-entering the fryer.
2. External Heating System:
- The fryer is heated by an external boiler with a gas burner.
- Combustion gases transfer heat to the oil via a tubular coil before exiting through a chimney.
3. Advanced Filtration System:
- Before reaching the circulation pump, oil passes through a continuous filter to remove coarse particles.
- An optional centrifugal filter can be added to separate smaller particles, improving oil quality.
4. Customizable Conveyor System:
- The wire metal belt conveyor ensures smooth product movement.
- Depending on the product, the conveyor may have pallets or additional belts. For easy cleaning, the conveyor is mounted on a lifting system that raises it 50 cm above the trough.
5. Automatic Oil Level & Temperature Control:
- A floater system automatically maintains the oil level.
- The operator sets the oil inlet temperature, which is maintained by a thermostat for consistent frying.
