InterAgra Wooden Boxes Model (2400 × 1200 × 1200 mm)

New wooden boxes model made of 20 mm and 38 mm boards offer an optimal combination of strong structure and cost efficiency. With large dimensions of 2400 × 1200 × 1200 mm and a capacity of approximately 1800 kg (2.8 m³), these crates are ideal for high-volume storage requirements.

This model has been successfully proven by clients, particularly in Germany, and presents strong potential for wider adoption among customers seeking cost-effective storage solutions. 

The high capacity significantly improves operational efficiency by reducing forklift movements, minimizing manual handling, and allowing longer continuous operation at box-filling systems.

Designed for long-term use, the boxes feature robust glued connections using ring-shank nails and special PVAC glue, ensuring an expected lifespan of 15 years or more.

All boards and beams are planed with rounded edges to provide a smooth surface, reducing the risk of mechanical damage to stored vegetables. 

The design supports compatibility with specialized ventilation systems, enabling effective climate control for long-term storage. 

For safe and efficient handling, the bottom boards are equipped with chamfers to facilitate smooth forklift operations.
