Built with a durable stainless-steel construction and hygienic design, the machine helps eliminate manual tray cleaning while improving productivity and consistency in tray preparation.
The system can clean and grease up to 100 baking trays within 6–8 minutes, making it ideal for both small bakeries and large-scale production facilities. It is suitable for solid and perforated baking trays, ensuring thorough cleaning and preparation before trays return to the baking process.
Efficient Cleaning Process
The Model 9015 uses a double pre-scraper system that removes most burnt residues from both sides of the baking trays before they reach the brush section. This pre-cleaning stage prevents excess debris from entering the cleaning system and helps extend the lifespan of the brushes.
Two sets of synthetic cleaning brushes then scrub the top and bottom surfaces of the trays. Finishing brushes remove remaining residues from the holes of perforated trays, preventing clogging and helping maintain proper heat and airflow during baking.
Automatic Oiling System
After cleaning, trays pass through an automatic oiling system that evenly applies oil when required. This feature eliminates the need for greaseproof paper, reduces oil consumption, and saves labor time while ensuring trays are properly prepared for baking.
Hygienic and Practical Design
The tray cleaner includes a waste collection tray that gathers removed residues, making disposal simple and convenient. The machine can also be cleaned with soap and hot water, allowing bakeries to maintain high hygiene standards.
Designed to fit all two-edge tray sizes, the machine is available in optional heights and can be mounted on sturdy rust-proof wheels, allowing easy movement and flexibility in production areas.
