Constructed with a robust, water-cleanable design, the Model 9020 supports both perforated and flat baking trays with up to two edges. Its automated process significantly reduces manual handling while helping maintain smooth and continuous production.
High-Performance Cleaning System
The tray cleaner is equipped with six powerful brushes made from synthetic material, with stainless steel brush options available for more demanding applications. During operation, trays move through the system with the baking side facing up, allowing them to exit the machine ready for immediate reuse without needing to be turned over.
This automated cleaning process ensures effective removal of residues while maintaining consistent tray preparation for baking operations.
Precision Oil Application
The Model 9020 features a newly developed spray-precision oiling system that uses a hygienic KEG-return system with six selectable nozzles. These nozzles evenly apply a thin oil layer to baking trays, creating a cost-efficient and dust-free coating.
The oiling function can easily be disconnected without tools whenever oiling is not required, giving bakeries flexible operation depending on production needs.
Hygienic and Practical Design
Residues removed during cleaning fall into a 50-liter waste collection tray mounted on wheels, making it easy to remove and empty. For added convenience, the waste tray can also be fitted with a plastic bag option to simplify disposal.
The machine is available in optional heights and mounted on sturdy rust-proof wheels, allowing it to be moved when necessary. After production, the tray cleaner can be foamed with soap and washed with hot water, enabling thorough sanitation and high hygiene standards within bakery environments.
