In operation, materials are evenly distributed on the conveyor belt at the feeding end. As the belt moves, the product passes through a high-temperature blanching zone, where it is treated using hot water or steam. After blanching, the material continues along the conveyor into the cooling zone, where it is rapidly cooled using cooling water or cold air. The product is then discharged smoothly from the outlet, completing a continuous and efficient blanching process.
