City tax incentives are on the way for Kettle Creations, a company planning to open a $25 million food manufacturing facility in Gateway Commerce industrial park in Lima, Ohio.
Kettle Creations, a new company, will manufacture 50 million pounds of mashed potatoes a year and 20 million pounds of other side dishes such as macaroni and cheese, green bean casserole, sauces and gravies.
Kettle Creations expects to be finished with construction of the 100,000-square foot facility by February.
