Aviko joins global regenerative agriculture initiative

Aviko has signed the Declaration of Intent for the Regenerating Together Programme (RTP) of SAI Platform together with 40 food and agriculture organisations, including Carlsberg Group, Diageo and FrieslandCampina.

The programme is a global initiative designed to connect value chain partners and support the practical implementation of more sustainable and regenerative agriculture through shared tools and approaches.

The Regenerating Together Programme brings together partners from across the agricultural value chain to support the transition towards regenerative agriculture while addressing challenges including climate change, biodiversity loss, soil degradation, water scarcity and pressure on farmers’ incomes.

For Aviko, the initiative aligns with its Future Proof Farming Program, which focuses on supporting growers in future-proof potato cultivation through improved soil quality and economically viable farming systems.

The collaboration aims to accelerate progress across the value chain and strengthen practical approaches to regenerative agriculture.
