Wyma's Bunker is a dry hopper. It receives and stores produce for automatic, controlled delivery to your processing line. Each Bunker can hold up to 50t of produce with small amounts of dirt and clods.

The Allround Radial grader is equipped with laterally placed grading rolls out of stainless steel. The distance between these rolls changes in steps over the different grading stages. Conveyor belts are placed under the machine, one for each grading size.

The action continues under the fryer hood as the slices move down inside the fryer. In most systems in Europe the oil is heated by an incinerator (such as the Flo-Therm™ heater).

The Drop limit box tipper is a box tipper where the drop is limited, which leads to less damage to the product. The tilting of the box is done in three steps: The cubic box is put into the machine, after which the crate is clamped against a cover plate.
