PPM disc graders are engineered to efficiently separate and sort irregular or unwanted sized pieces of product from ideal sized pieces. Disc rollers convey chips, cereal or other products across one sizing section to another.

The Tummers Peeling Line Delta Roller Spreader has specially been developed for gentle transport to a wider product flow. This machine is commonly used to feed potatoes from the outfeed of a screw conveyor to a wide sorter, but is suitable for a wide variety of food products.

Raw Potato Grader by Sensitar uses two stainless steel tube conveyors with increasing gaps to grade potatoes from small to large. Offers high output, no damage, and adjustable 3–8 grades with high accuracy.

The Sormac spiral roller grader is used for grading peeled root products, particularly potatoes. The machine is equipped with a number of plastic rollers provided with a spiral-shaped groove.

Tummers Continuous sorter is an industrial stainless steel machine for custom sorting of potatoes and tubers. The machine is directly adjustable, which means that production can continue while adjusting the settings.

Smart Grader Reader: extremely fast and accurate sampling!  The Smart Grader READER is a compact, optical reader that analyzes potato or onion samples.

Tummers offers washers/destoners with a capacity ranging from 15 tonnes/hr to 180 tonnes/hr and continues to develop for more efficiency and better quality.

The Small Capacity Destoner and Washer by Sensitar is a compact pre-treatment device for small/medium potato plants. Its three modules remove stones, separate impurities, and wash potatoes in one step.

In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.

The plant is designed for the preparation, washing, polishing and sorting of ware potatoes. Both parts of the plant display first-class workmanship down to the smallest detail and are connected together in a highly efficient manner.
