Shake Grading line SG80 series
The Allround Shake grader is designed to grade potatoes according to their square size. The potatoes are fed to the top of the machine onto the top sieve. The sieves in the machine shake in sequential frequencies, which causes the potatoes to move along on the sieves.
Comitrol® Processor Model 1700
It is recommended for free-flowing dry and semi-dry applications. For the size reduction of potato flakes a Model 1700 or 3600 can be used. Use cutting heads at 3,000 rpm or microcut heads with every other blade removed at 9,000 rpm or with VFD to make a particle size of 200 to 800 microns.
Velocicut® Cutting Head
The Velocicut® Head may be used in conjunction with the Urschel Model VSC Cutter, or integrated into an existing watergun system. A variety of cuts may be produced including square, rectangular, slab, bi-slab, cross slab, and segment cuts.
Frying Systems for Nuts
The Rosenqvists Nut frying systems are suitable for all types of nuts and seeds. The fryer is excellent for coated nuts. Depending on the final product, the frying system is equipped with a suitable type of belt
Multi Turbulent Blancher
Rosenqvists counter flow Multi Turbulent Blancher is used in the potato chip process to reduce the sugar content of the potato strips. The frying process reveals the amount of sugar by darkening the color.
Belt Dryer
The Rosenqvists Belt Dryer works on air with low temperature and high humidity that ensure even drying results of each strip. The Belt Dryer uses the counter-air-flow principle where the airflow covers the full width of the belts.
Storage hopper box tipper combinations
The storage hopper with box tipper is designed to act as a buffer with tipping possibility. A box with produce is placed into the tipper. The box tips and the products fall down into the storage hopper.
Defatter
Rosenqvists patented Defatter has been proven to add value to many fried snack products by reducing the fat content by as much as 35% over typical levels.
Air dryer
The Allround Air dryer is designed to use a high-powered fan to remove water from the product. With the web belt, the water goes through the web and can be collected in a gutter or bin.

Comitrol® Processor Models 3600F - 3640F
This Model is used for shred for hashbrowns. 1/16 to 3/8" (1.6 to 9.5 mm) particles for potato pancakes or rösti from dicing and french fry screenings and rejects. Use cutting head with suitable particle opening size. Capacity is 4,000 - 5,000 lbs. (1,800 - 2,200 kg) hourly using 3,600 revolutions per minute impeller speed.
