Gpi De Gouwe heeft een nieuwe naam gekregen en gaat voortaan verder als Gpi Process Technology. De naamswijziging weerspiegelt de ontwikkeling van het bedrijf tot specialist in geavanceerde voedselverwerkingsoplossingen. Het bedrijf biedt turnkey-systemen voor de productie van friet, sauzen, kant-en-klaarmaaltijden, chocolade en zoetwaren.

Investindustrial, comprising the Kiremko, Idaho Steel and Reyco brands, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Tummers Group and Van der Giessen, bringing together specialist companies with complementary capabilities across the potato processing value chain. 

Sticomax Group has acquired ICS Spiral Freezers to strengthen its expertise in freezing, cooling, and proofing solutions. The addition expands the group to seven companies, with combined turnover expected to reach EUR 125 million (USD 142 million).

Advent will invest USD 150 million in Gujarat-based Iscon Balaji Foods through a USD 215 million Series A round, supporting expansion of its frozen potato products business across Asia, the Middle East, Australia and other global markets ahead.
