Variety Description

Camotillo Morado is a rare and culturally valued native potato variety (Solanum goniocalyx), adapted to highland regions between 3,300–4,000 meters above sea level. It is especially appreciated for its flavor and culinary versatility in local markets.

  • Skin Color: Deep reddish-purple with irregular purple patterns
