The GRIMME EVO 280 is a high-performance two-row harvester designed for maximum separation efficiency and high throughput. Equipped with three large separators, it ensures excellent cleaning performance while maintaining gentle crop handling.
The fully hydraulic main web drive allows flexible adjustment to different harvesting conditions, ranging from crop-sensitive operation to intensive separation. Advanced assistance systems such as Speedtronic-Web, Speedtronic-Sep, and Speedtronic Cruise automatically regulate web speeds and even adjust tractor speed to optimise the balance between throughput and crop protection.
The innovative MultiCrop intake system enables rapid switching between different crops and harvesting conditions. With a standardised interface for hydraulics, electronics, and electrics, intake changes can be completed in less than five minutes, improving operational efficiency and versatility.
The telescopic axle ensures safe road transport with a compact width of just 3.0 m while providing excellent stability in the field by extending up to 500 mm. Its modular design enhances versatility and long-term value, particularly in components such as the intake, swing frame, third separator, and picking table.
An optional 7.5-tonne NonstopBunker enables continuous harvesting, increasing productivity and improving logistics by allowing unloading while harvesting. The EVO 280 is also suitable for harvesting other crops such as carrots, celeriac, red beet, and onions, depending on cultivation methods.
With ISOBUS control and integrated telemetry via myGRIMME, the machine supports real-time monitoring, documentation, and connectivity with farm management systems.
