The KSA 75-2 is a 2-row haulm topper designed for centre-trailed elevator harvesters, supporting efficient and high-performance harvesting in demanding conditions. It mechanically crushes potato haulm using a large flail shaft and discharges it laterally, helping to reduce blockages at the intake unit and increase overall machine capacity.
This lateral discharge system is particularly beneficial for modern potato varieties with dense, strong haulm. It improves crop flow while reducing the load on separation systems, minimizing harvest losses and enhancing separation quality for better overall results.
Highlights
The KSA 75-2 is equipped with a 4-fold V-belt drive that ensures smooth and uniform power transmission, delivering consistent performance in demanding harvesting conditions. Its haulm cross conveyor efficiently moves haulm and weeds to the side, enabling a clean and trouble-free ridge intake for improved harvesting results.
For flexibility and ease of use, the machine features stepless height adjustment via spindle-equipped support wheels, with optional pendular wheels for better maneuverability. A single drive system with a freewheel reduces strain on the PTO and drive shafts during headland turns, while large cleaning flaps provide quick and easy access for maintenance and cleaning.
