The GRIMME RH 24 XT receiving hopper is specially designed for sorting and processing operations, delivering high throughput and maximum crop protection. With a working width of 2.4 m and a straight crop flow, it achieves capacities of up to 140 t/h under optimal conditions.
The hopper features soft polyurethane (PU) spiral rollers that ensure gentle handling while effectively separating soil, stones, and haulm. The full-width transfer belt maintains a smooth and uniform crop flow, reducing damage and improving efficiency.
Advanced systems such as VarioClean allow precise adjustment of cleaning intensity, especially in heavy or sticky soils. The cascading roller configuration improves soil removal by alternately slowing and loosening the crop flow.
Operation is intuitive via the IBX 300 ISOBUS control unit, with optional integration of additional terminals for enhanced functionality. Intelligent assistance systems like RemainControl, FlowControl, and Capacity Control automatically regulate crop flow, optimise performance, and minimise drop heights to protect the crop.
An optional inspection platform enables continuous monitoring of crop quality during operation, ensuring high standards for storage and processing.
