After a three day strike, production resumed at the McCain French fry factory in Harnes, France. Employees on strike voted to return to work according to a statement of management.
They will receive a wage increase of 2.2% on January 1, 2012. They demanded a 10% increase.
The strike at the McCain Foods french fry factory in Matougues continues. Matougues was the first McCain Foods french fry factory where employees went on strike for higher wages.
