Starch Expo China 2027 will take place from 22–24 June 2027 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), China. It is a specialized international exhibition focused on starch, starch derivatives and related technologies and applications.
The exhibition covers a broad range of products and solutions across the starch industry, including starch and modified starch, potato-based ingredients, food ingredients, processing technologies, health ingredients, nutrition applications and related food processing solutions.
Starch Expo China provides a platform for starch manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, food processors, equipment manufacturers, technology providers, distributors and professional buyers to discover innovations, exchange industry knowledge and develop business partnerships.
The event is co-located with major food and ingredient exhibitions including ProPak China, FoodPack China, Hi & Fi Asia-China and Healthplex Expo, creating a broader platform covering the food, ingredients, processing, packaging and nutrition value chain.
The 2027 edition will be held as part of a combined exhibition environment covering approximately 200,000 square metres, with 2,500 exhibitors and 120,000 visits expected across the co-located events.
