Variety Description

NVS Amour is a potato variety that is believed to be the ultimate showbench potato variety. It is known for its outstanding uniformity of size and colour, coupled with great all round disease resistance. NVS Amour potatoes are a constant competition winner. They can be baked, boiled, chipped, mashed, roasted or enjoyed in a salad. Maincrop seed potatoes mature in 125-140 days and, if planted in late April, can be harvested by mid August.
