Draga is a yellow skinned creamy yellow fleshed potato. Full flavoured and tends to be waxy. The tubers are Medium to large uniform size with Round shape and the medium depth of eyes. Suitable for early and main washing and pre-packingmarkets. Draga has excellent storing and handling qualities making it one of the main export varieties. The variety is best suited to boiling, salads and mashing.
