The queen of potatoes! They’re a large waxy oval potato with yellow flesh, thin skin and a rich, buttery taste. They make gorgeous mash or are equally delicious boiled, roasted, baked and pureed.

A waxy, creamy fleshed variety that holds its shape when baked or roasted, 'Dutch Cream' is also popular in mash as it doesn't turn to mush when boiled. A long season potato, don't be in a rush to harvest as they potatoes need a long time to develop fully under the soil.

An unbelievably creamy variety, Dutch Cream potato is an excellent masher. Produces large, waxy potatoes with creamy flesh, a thin skin and a rich, buttery taste. Also great for boiling and roasting.

This variety is indeterminate: as potato foliage grows cover 70% of the stems with straw or other compost to increase yields. Be sure to practice crop rotation year on year to reduce the risk of disease.
