Exquisa is a firm flesh variety with yellow skin and well yellow flesh. Very resistant to the common scab this variety is very appreciated by packers. Its very good tuberization also allows use in baby potatoes (small sizes). Exquisa has a very good culinary quality (good cooking behaviour/ very appreciated for its good taste).
