Variety Name: MinetteRights Holder | Breeder: Year of of introduction: Parentage: GOURMANDINE
Minette potato is a semi-precocious, productive variety with a very good shelf life. Its tubers are elongated oblong in shape and have a pale-yellow skin and contain pale yellow flesh of excellent taste quality that holds up very well when cooked. Harvested very ripe, they can be kept for a very long time in a cool, dark room.

It is an easy variety to grow, with good disease resistance in general, but a little susceptible to downy mildew of the foliage and tuber. Plant the seedlings from mid-March to late April-early May depending on the climate and harvest after 110 days of cultivation for storage and preservation. Perfect for steaming and salads.
