Rainbow is a variety with yellow skin and yellow flesh. This variety can be « eco-driving ». Due to its very high productivity, a saving in fertiliser can be achieved. Due to its resistance to extreme weather conditions, Rainbow is less dependent on water.

Due to its very good dormancy, it can be stored for very long term with less or no sprout inhibitor. Very productive, it has a beautiful presentation and very good taste and firm cooking, it is mainly appreciated for fresh and for export market.
