Variety Description

Red Craigs Royal is an early to intermediate maturing potato variety with a semi-erect growth habit and red-violet flowers that appear rarely. It produces red-skinned, white-fleshed, large to very large oval tubers with smooth skin and shallow eyes. The variety offers high yield potential, good taste, high dry matter, and is suitable for general cooking but not ideal for crisps or fries.
