ROSANNA

ROSANNA
Variety Name: RosannaRights Holder | Breeder: J. OLDENBURGERCountry of Origin: Netherlands NetherlandsYear of of introduction: 1975
Rosanna is a bright red skin multi purpose variety producing very regular tubers in size. Very early but also very productive, it is a water saving variety when grown in warmer areas such like the Mediterranean conditions. Where planted in second season, Rosanna performs very well both in growth speed and yield.

Only the best potatoes of the Chérie variety become Rossana potatoes, a product with a unique and truly unmistakable taste thanks to its typical shape and its deep red skin. Its firm and delicate flesh makes it ideal for baking, boiling and fried.
