Rosegarden is a red skin variety, growing in all kinds of climate zones. Is very suitable for processing of French fries, with a very good early yield. A moderate yielding variety with good resistance to gangrene, dry rot and also common scab.

It has medium dry matter, therefore this spud produces a mealy texture with nice creamy coloured flesh. This variety is currently being trialled with some promising results. It has creamy flesh and has all-round kitchen use but is best mashed.
