NanoNord - Svend Auto Sampler – Automated Sample Handling for Tveskaeg® G3

The Svend Auto Sampler is an industrial-grade automation module designed to extend the Tveskaeg® G3 NMR workflow into a more standardized and operator-independent quality-control process. Built for routine production, Svend transforms manual sample preparation into a consistent, automated sequence — ideal for high-volume potato QA/QC, where salt checks run all day across shifts.

Fully controlled through the Tveskaeg® G3 software, Svend supports up to 14 samples per run and can perform automated dilution, optional homogenization, sample transfer, and cleaning in a single predefined job. When combined with scale integration, it enables consistent dilution control and reduces variability between operators and shifts.

Constructed with a rigid anodized aluminium exterior, Svend is engineered for industrial durability and stable operation in demanding environments. Once configured, jobs can run unattended, allowing operators to load samples, start the sequence, and focus on other production tasks while the system completes the workflow.
