NanoNord - Tveskaeg® G3 Flow – On-Line NMR for Continuous Salt Monitoring

The Tveskaeg® G3 Flow is a benchtop-sized, near-real-time NMR analyzer built for the wetter, harsher parts of a potato plant — such as continuous salt- brine monitoring on blanching, brining, and process-water lines. With an IP54 rating and a horizontally oriented sensor chamber, it can be installed directly on-line using an automated valve system, allowing continuous measurement of the sample flow without process interruption.

Using the same chemical-free NMR technology as the G3 Pump, the Flow unit ensures clean, contactless analysis with no reagents or consumables required. It’s highly accurate and can quantify salt (sodium) concentration in about a minute, making it an ideal solution for near-real-time quality control in potato-processing facilities.

The G3 Flow is versatile — it supports both on-line continuous monitoring and at-line manual sampling using our custom-made Teflon PTFE sample tubes in benchtop mode.
