About Mechanical Cutters

Mechanical cutters include potato slicers, that cut both the regular flat slices as well as the wavy, crinkle cut slices that later become regular chips or kettle fried chips. Mechanical cutters are also used for diced potato, hashbrown, and a number of fry types, such as e.g. crinkle cut or waffle cut french fries.
