Rosenqvists extends its line of pellet fryers

Rosenqvists, the Swedish manufacturer of equipment for the food industry, has extended its range of pellet frying systems.

Rosenqvists range of the unique and patented Star Wheel Fryer has been extended with a fourth model. This extends the range of production capacities to 150 up to 800 kg / h.

The latest model – the SWF 200 has a nominal capacity of 750 kg / h and two heating possibilities:

  • Directly – via Large Surface Electrical heating elements placed inside the fryer exposing the vegetable oil to a very low surface heat load.
  • Indirectly – via an external tube heat exchanger using steam or thermo oil as the heating media.

Both alternative heating systems are supplied with an external filter system for a continuous filtration of the oil.

Valid for all the models of the SWF frying systems, is the very low total oil volume giving very quick Oil Turn Over Rates resulting in better final oil quality and longer shelf life.
