The Washington Oregon Potato Conference is an annual potato conference and trade show, jointly organized by the Washington State Potato Commission and the Oregon Potato Commission.

Dale Lathim, Chairman:

"It was great to see many of you back in person at last year’s event, and I look forward to seeing even more of you this year. We have continued invigorating our agenda and offerings to keep our show fresh and on the cutting edge of information for the potato industry. We have also noted several areas that could be improved and have hopefully taken action to upgrade your experience at the show. We have completely revamped the registration process with new software, printers, and self-serve kiosks."

"Also, to lessen the rush of attendees on the first morning, we have moved the Spanish session to Thursday. Combined, we believe this will make for the quickest and smoothest arrival and registration process we have ever offered. There will also be a new social offering that is still being finalized, but it appears to be one that will add a level of excitement as well as a better chance for you to network with your peers."

"As usual, we will have a few new vendors and a slightly tweaked layout to continue to keep the trade show look and feel fresh. The increasingly popular Ag Innovation Session will take place again with an even better presentation of the newest technology and gadgets entering the industry. The general session will have more than two dozen information-packed sessions."

"After a few years of hiatus, we will have a keynote address again on Wednesday, just before the anticipated baked potato bar. Overall, we are very excited about the show and what we offer you this year, and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we enjoy putting it on for you."
