Allround seed potato processing line

The Allround pallet shaper PS912 is a useful tool to make a perfectly formed euro-pallet. From the bagging machine, the bags are put on pallets which is placed in the machine.

Horizontal Debris Remover removes dirt, roots and other debris from potatoes.

The Allround​ Belt inspection table is used for manual sorting of the waste between the products. It allows you to pick out the rotten products and other waste, which can be disposed of onto the waste belt between the two belts.

E-FLO is an Electroporation system that uses pulse electric fields (PEF) technology. The system sends PEF through the cell walls of potatoes and root vegetables and perforates the cell membranes with microscopic holes.

In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.
