Tank Destoner
Wyma's Tank Destoner provides gentle stone and clod separation from produce prior to washing and reinspection cycles. Produce, stones and debris enter the water-filled tank, where a water jet directs the movement of produce towards the outfeed.
Cyclone Destoner
The Cyclone destoner removes stones and clay shells. The gradient of the funnel and the variable water flow determines the optimum result.
Hydrolift Destoner
The Hydrolift Destoner rinses and removes debris and rocks from product, while elevating it to the next step in your process.
Flume Destoner
Wyma's Flume Destoner removes stones and clods from your produce flow to minimize damage to equipment and produce further down your processing line.
Medium Potato Line
Medium Potato line is a 25-ton line which has two receiving options. Produce may be received directly from a field harvest truck or via storage bins using an Electric Bin Tipper.
Spiral roller grader SRS
The Sormac spiral roller grader is used for grading peeled root products, particularly potatoes. The machine is equipped with a number of plastic rollers provided with a spiral-shaped groove.
Dewatering Vibratory Conveyors
Vibratory conveyor to separate product from a water flow. Water will flow back to the pump system and the product will be transported straight forward.
Hex Spreader
The FoodeQ Hex Spreader can be applied to grade and clear potatoes and other root vegetables from debris and sand. Also, the machine can spread a small product flow over the full width of the machine in a very short distance.
