With an MF 15x receiving hopper filler, you can quickly unload the product from a belt trailer into a receiving hopper. You can easily position an 800 mm wide, continuously adjustable supply conveyor below the belt of a belt trailer, so the product hardly experiences drop height or change of direction.

From a troughed supply conveyor, the product is placed on the 1500 mm wide 2-part discharge elevator of the MF 15x, which optimally discharges the product into a receiving hopper.

The wide discharge elevator of the MF 15x is fitted with a product sensor that is used to automatically adjust the top part of the elevator up and down to minimise drop height and make optimal use of the buffer capacity of the receiving hopper.

The MF 15x is simple to use, product-friendly and has a high capacity even at low belt speeds (up to 200 tonnes per hour).

Thanks to the troughed conveyor belts, high capacity is also obtained, without the product rubbing against the sides.
