The Compact Hydro Cutter by Sensitar is a compact and integrated cutting system that uses pump-powered water to cut food products into various shapes. Its streamlined structure occupies minimal space and does not require additional auxiliary equipment areas, making it highly suitable for small food processing plants with limited space.
The system offers flexible throughput ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 pounds (453–22,679 kg) per hour and is mounted on three interlocking skids for stable installation. It is a complete solution that includes a pump, cutter, decelerator, and dewatering conveyor, ensuring efficient and continuous operation.
Stainless steel hydro tubes are available in various sizes to meet different product requirements. The machine is designed for quick changeovers, with valves that isolate the cutter assembly for easy operation and maintenance.
The compact hydro cutter integrates the cutting unit, high-pressure water system, and operation console into one structure. It can be directly installed within the cleaning stage of small production lines, seamlessly connecting with blanching and drying processes, or flexibly positioned within available factory space to maximize utilization.
