ASPARGES

​The 'Asparges' potato, also known as 'La Ratte' or 'La Ratte du Touquet', is a heritage variety originating from Denmark or France in the late 19th century. This fingerling potato is renowned for its unique nutty flavour and smooth, buttery texture.
Atlantic

ATLANTIC

Atlantic is a determinate variety, is mid-season in maturity and has a medium to large vine. Due to its high yield and high specific gravity, measures dry matter content mostly starch, it is the major chip potato variety in North America.
Charlotte

CHARLOTTE

Charlotte potatoes are a second early variety. It is the first firm flesh potato variety ever released on the French market and now a reference. Notwithstanding its high qualities for Salad potatoes, Charlotte also makes very tasty French fries.
Desiree

DESIREE

Maincrop maturity, with high yields and early bulking. Medium dry matter, firm cooked texture, good boiling, fresh French fry, and mashing quality. High resistance to drought and good resistance to potato virus Yo and powdery scab. Susceptible to potato cyst nematode Globodera rostochiensis Ro1 and Globodera pallida Pa2/3,1, and mis-shapes on heavy soils. Moderately susceptible to spraying and mild mosaic viruses.
DUKE OF YORK

DUKE OF YORK

Duke of York seed potatoes are an old heritage potato variety, first entered on the national list back in 1891. Since their introduction, Duke of York have become famous for their great taste and all-round culinary ability.

ESTIMA

Estima is a white-skinned table variety with light yellow flesh colour. Tuber numbers are good, and the oval tubers are quite large.

HERMES

Middle maturing export variety with a good crisping quality. It is a high-yielding variety, strong against scab, heath, and drought.
KING EDWARD

KING EDWARD

King Edward is an old British variety with a special pattern on the skin. The majority of the potato skin is yellow with delicate pink spots. Smooth skin and an excellent taste. Very good, slightly nutty potato flavor. Predominantly firm in cooking. Oval to round. Yellow fleshed. Medium early to late.

MARIS PEER

Maris Peer really are a wonderful growing potato. They are perfectly suited for patio growing and for garden use, producing a unique lightly scented purple flower. Tuber-wise they have nice firm creamy flesh which holds up well after cooking.
Maris Piper

MARIS PIPER

The Maris Piper has golden skin and creamy white flesh with a fluffy texture. This makes it a versatile all-rounder, great for chips and roast potatoes, but also good for mash and wedges.
Nicola

NICOLA

Nicola is a medium-late, high-yielding, table potato. It is a very popular packaging-suitable potato for the Western European market. Also, good results in the countries around the Mediterranean Sea.
PENTLAND DELL

PENTLAND DELL

A maincrop variety, Pentland Dell are large oval-shaped tubers with white skin, creamy white flesh and a firm fairly dry texture. The long shape and shallow eyes make it a great choice for chips. Bakes well but has a tendency to disintegrate during boiling.
