Bosch's Packaging Technology Division plans to acquire Paal Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH &Co. KG, based in Remshalden near Stuttgart. The purchase agreement was signed on September 5, 2008. The parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential. The transaction is subject to the approval of antitrust authorities.
