De termijncontracten voor april 2011 zijn vanmiddag voor het eerst dit seizoen verhandeld boven de 30 euro per 100 kilo aardappelen.
De contracten die in juni aflopen doorbraken op de termijnmarkt in Frankfurt op 17 december al de grens van 30 euro.
Het aprilcontract sloot vanmiddag op €30,80 per 100 kilo. Er zijn 514 termijncontracten verhandeld. Zo’n groot aantal wordt zelden gehaald op één handelsdag. Vorige week vrijdag noteerde het aprilcontract nog €29,80. Het junicontract sloot vanmiddag op €32,40.
