De tafelaardappelafzet in Duitsland bleef vorig jaar aan de zwakke kant. Dat concludeert landbouwmarktbureau AMI op grond van de cijfers uit het lopende huishoudpanelonderzoek van het GfK.
De cijfers van december zijn weliswaar nog niet beschikbaar, maar uitgaande van de eerste elf maanden bleef de afzet 1 procent achter bij die van 2009. En dat jaar was ook al zwak voor de tafelaardappelmarkt, aldus AMI.
