Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) has advised farmers to sell potato stocks stored in cold storage judiciously during October and November, to fetch better returns. The advisory was issued by the Agricultural Market Intelligence Centre (AMIC) of PAU.
AMIC in-charge Jagrup Singh Sidhu, impressed upon the farmers to keep track of the prevailing market prices of potato and maintain a balanced supply.
