Elea Technology GmbH, a manufacturer of Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) processing systems for the food and beverage industry, has appointed Vassilis Smoilis as Strategic Business Advisor as demand for PEF technology continues to grow across food and beverage applications.
Smoilis brings extensive experience in the food processing industry and will support customers and partners across applications including olive oil, avocado oil and other edible oils, as well as wine, juice and additional PEF-based processing solutions.
His expertise is expected to strengthen Elea's presence in key markets, identify new growth opportunities and accelerate the adoption of PEF technology.
The appointment supports Elea's efforts to expand customer engagement and advance the use of PEF technology across the food processing industry.
