The FEX Fryer features an elongated frying vat containing oil, where a wire mesh conveyor belt transports the product from one end to the other. The oil is circulated by a centrifugal pump, transferring heat to the product to perform the frying process efficiently. The heating system is powered by an external boiler with a gas burner.
To facilitate cleaning, the conveyor is mounted on a lift system, allowing it to be raised 50 cm above the vat for easy maintenance. The fryer also includes an automatic oil level control system that replenishes the oil as it is consumed. The oil inlet temperature is set by the operator and is maintained by a thermostat that adjusts the gas burner’s operation.
