Designed for premium chip production, BatchWright features precise oil temperature control across the full frying curve—initial drop, stable plateau, and final rise—ensuring ideal texture, crunch, and color in every batch. Its immersion tube heating system with a fully modulating burner achieves up to 85% fuel efficiency, supporting both natural gas and propane.
