US Potato Processing up in October
Processors in Idaho and Malheur County, Oregon used 7.49 million cwt of raw potatoes during October, an increase of 6 percent from last October. Accumulated processing of 2011 crop raw potatoes to November 1 was 20.5 million cwt, up 40 percent.
