Ésta es la opinión del director regional del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agropecuario en Herrera, Tomás Solís, para quien el rechazo es un problema que ha estado afectando a los productores (...) Solís aseguró que al procesar los citados alimentos se aumenta la vida útil del tubérculo en unos 90 días, lo que serviría para la comercialización en el mercado nacional e internacional.
