Nederland exporteerde in April 2011 167.000 ton aardappelen.
De totale export van consumptie- en industrieaardappelen t/m april 2011 over oogst 2010 komt nu uit op 881.000 ton. Dat is ca. 195.000 ton meer dan het totaalcijfer t/m april 2010 over oogst 2009 (totaal 733.000 ton oogst '08, 704.000 ton oogst '07 en 693.000 ton oogst '06).
Totaal over oogst 2010 is er ca. 255.000 ton met bestemming Rusland geëxporteerd tegen ruim 40.000 ton vorig seizoen over oogst 2009. Na België (totaal 321.000 ton over oogst '10 totaal vorig seizoen 235.000 ton) was Rusland de grootste afnemer gevolgd door Duitsland (totaal 61.000 ton), Frankrijk (20.000 ton) en Polen (18.000 ton).
